After getting a cake stuffed with money, Chief Commander and famed Fuji vocalist Ebenezer Obey was speechless.On Monday, April 4, the iconic Fuji idol turned 80 years old, and he celebrated his new age in style.
To commemorate his 80th birthday, he was given with a cake containing dollars, which caused quite a stir.
Ebenezer Obey hosted a Thanksgiving ceremony at Decross Gospel Mission in Age to commemorate his special day, which was attended by notables such as Vice President of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osibajo, Dele Momodu, and others.
Nigerians were taken aback by the massive cake that was delivered to him, which included cash.
He wrote, “The legend clocks 80 today. Thank God for the strength and thank you to the family and friends for their endless support”.
