Temi Marcella Awogboro is the cover model for TheWill Downtown Magazine this week.

The saga of workplace bias goes on and on, with no end in sight. Temi's experience with it began early in her career, and almost every woman in the office has dealt with it in some form or another. 'Overcoming Bias Through Grit and Tenacity' is the title of her interview.

She recalled how, when working at Goldman Sachs, she was treated with disdain by her male coworkers, and how this continued when she returned to Nigeria a few years later, with male colleagues making comments such, "Do you have a twin sister?" "Bring her to the next meeting," says the narrator. She began to dress in hues that would make her look more attractive.
