An Instagram blogger, Tosin Silverdam, contradicts the claims of the real estate investment which he confirmed to be a fundraising for tree-planting in Scotland which comes at a cost of $49 only. Buttressing his point, the blogger revealed that the certificate is a novelty for kids who gets a tree planted in their name but not a piece of land like Tonto Dikeh portrayed in her post as a “real estate investment.”
