Bovi Ugboma has appealed to NTA Benin while sharing his childhood moments with his fans.

Recounting his early days, the comic actor said his first encounter with an audience live on tv was in NTA Benin, where he performed a poem.

His 5-year-old self was proud of himself when his aunt, a presenter at that time, took him home for a repeat of the show where he could see his performance on the black and white tv.

Upon tuning in to the station, the power company interrupted the power when it got to his part and restored it when his part was over.

Bovi urges with NTA Benin to retrieve the 1985 clips of their kiddies program so as to watch his first performance.

He wrote:

First time I ever faced an audience live on tv was in NTA benin. I was 5 years old. I sang “bah bah blah sheep have you any wool? Yes sir yes sir three bags full…. “ you know d rest. My aunt, Margaret Edegware was a presenter at the station then. She took me home and I patiently waited for the repeat. Hours later the show came on and I sat glued to the black and white screen waiting for my part to come on. It sure did come but guess what!?!? Nepa took the light! They brought it back some 20 minutes later but of course, my part had passed. Abeg NTA benin, if you have those archives of your kiddies program, check the year 1985! I’m somewhere in There . May no nepa off our light when it’s our turn to shine for the remainder of this year
