A judge reportedly has dismissed a lawsuit from a woman who claimed that Marilyn Manson raped and threatened to kill her.
According to TMZ, the judge argued that the allegations outlined in the lawsuit “are not sufficient to invoke the delayed discovery rule.” It is worthy to note that the woman said she began dating Manson in 2011. Now, she has 20 days to amend the lawsuit with additional details.
