Jennifer Lopez celebrated her milestone 50th birthday in style in July 2019, that came complete with a lavish bash at a private home on Star Island.
Her ex fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, gifted the superstar entertainer with a red Porsche 911 GTS convertible that cost upwards of $140,000.
On Wednesday, ARod took to Instagram and shared a photo of himself posing alongside the red Porsche with the caption: I’m super down to earth.’
In the image, the former New York Yankee great, 46, looked stylish in a tan two-piece suit with a matching tie, white dress shirt, and dark brown shoes.
Wearing cool sunglasses, he can be seen flashing a big beaming smile as he leaned back on the left side of the hood with a couple of flashy cars parked next to it, including a Mercedes.
The post comes just days after the Hustlers star unfollowed Rodriguez on Instagram, and deleted every single image of him from her account.
Despite the two-year time span, most of the people who commented on the post recognized the car in the photo as the one ARod gave to his former flame for her 50th birthday.
‘You took the car back from JLo’ and ‘So you kept the red toy!!’ were common statements shared in the comments section.
Someone else shared, ‘Savage. Posing with the car he bought jlo for her bday lmfao.’
Of course there were a number of people who weren’t positive the
Porsche was the same one he gave to JLo, with questions like ‘Isn’t that
the red car he bought jlo?’
Another fan shared, ‘looks like jlo left not only you but the red car too’ while another person showed a comedic touch by writing, ‘I thought you gave that red Porche to..nevermind.’
