Kanye West’s Donda album streaming party last week at the Mercedes Benz Arena in Atlanta reportedly shattered Apple streaming record.
According to Complex:
The event has now broken an Apple Music Global Livestream record, with 3.3 million people watching Ye rock his red get-up and walk around to his new project. This surpasses the 1.8 million viewers who tuned into Jeezy and Gucci Mane’s Verzuz battle last year.
The only other record Donda has certainly broken so far is the longest anyone has stayed in the Mercedes Benz Arena.
This news comes days after rumours surfaced that the rapper pushed back the album release date because he was not yet ready.
