Anthony Mackie made fun of being able to appear in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”.
The 42-year-old actor played the role of Falcon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, implying that the Disney + series “Falcon and the Winter Soldier” could return to Wakanda after visiting a fictional nation.
Asked if he could appear in the sequel, Anthony said, “I have a Wakanda visa, so I can go to Wakanda as much as I want.
“I have a passport and a Wakanda vaccination and have been vaccinated so I can go to Wakanda.”
The title of the movie was recently released as “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”. Anthony is pleased that this project will focus on more than the famous hero previously played by the late Chadwick Boseman.
The “8 Mile” star told “Entertainment Tonight”: “I’m Dope. I want to continue that legacy is very important. Underneath that” Black Panther “mantle is a lot of great actors and actresses now gathering. And that heritage will survive.
“So I’m really excited to show that they’re not specifically about’Black Panther’but about Wakanda.”
Anthony also hopes that the new film will respect Chadwick’s legacy after the death of a Hollywood star as a result of colon cancer-related complications in August.
He states: “It’s strange now, thanks to the respect and admiration for Chad who has known Chad for a long time.
“You just want to do everything the right way. I don’t know what the answer is. I don’t know what the right thing is. I do it right for him. I just want to check. “
