'Real Housewives of Potomac' Star Ashley Darby Gives Birth to Baby No. 2

Ashley Darby 32,Real Housewives of Potomac” star gave birth to her second child, a son, on March 2.

“Hello my darlings,” Darby said in an update to her Instagram Story from her hospital bed with the newborn on her chest. “Thank you all so much for the kind and warm wishes you sent to us. This is our sweet baby born today, he is absolutely incredible and amazing and we are over the moon excited.”

Darby added that her husband Michael had left the hospital already to attend to their 1-year-old son Dean.

“This journey of motherhood just keeps on getting better,” she closed the update with, meaning fans will presumably have to wait a bit to find out what the newborn’s name is.

The ZenGem founder first announced that she was pregnant in September in a sweet Instagram video featuring Michael and Dean. She continued to update fans on the pregnancy via Instagram up until hours before giving birth, showcasing a series of elaborate maternity photos.

Michael, 60, has two adult children from a previous relationship.

Ashley and Michael married in 2014, but their relationship has been a rollercoaster with Ashley confronting Michael about allegedly behaving inappropriately while she was away filming a cast trip for “RHOP.”

Michael was also accused of sexual assault by a cameraman for a show, but the charges against him were eventually dropped.
