Denola Grey celebrated his 30th with his tribe.It was totally exquisite and fit for a king.
His bff Teni Sagoe of CLAN fame and Lagos based event company Yvent Kouture brought the vision to life for this Royal banquet theme
The decor and table setting had colorful floral runner,black candle, black and gold tableware and cutlery.

Ok here it goes. I’m still struggling to find the words to convey how
deliriously happy and loved I feel right now.
On August 13th ( my 30th birthday) my friends and family got together
and pulled off one of the biggest surprises of my life! I was prepared
to have a quiet 30th with literally 0 plans and just chill at home.
What they did was beyond anything I could have thought or imagined and I
haven’t ugly cried so much in my life. Tears of joy. The team,
spearheaded by my big brother Damola thousands of miles away in
Mauritius, and led by my best friends all over the world, showered me
with too many surprises to fit into one post. I mean, the decor alone!
Everything was so well thought out, so incredibly ‘me’! Just mind
blowingly phenomenal and socially distant! 18 friends and family in 3
batches and time slots throughout the day, came to show me love; all
dressed in. Their best Dénola Grey outfit btw! Culminating in the most
beautiful short film ever with messages from all my friends worldwide!
I can’t thank my tribe enough. Bidemi, Teni, Ore, Kecy, Fis, Afolabi,
Sonia, Toyosi, Immanuel, Mikey, Ademide, Kike, Reni and Demi: the
planning committee. I love you beyond comprehension. To pull off
something like this in my home without me being any the wiser is some
Mission Impossible sh*t!
When you start approaching your 30th, so many anxieties come. You know
the amount of love you feel in your heart for people, but you’re not
always sure if you’re valued the same way. I prayed for more love in my
life a few weeks ago it didn’t occur to me that it was already there.I
just had to be reminded. And boy, was i reminded 10,000 fold.
Love is the best thing we do as humans. So thankful and blessed to have
an unlimited abundant amount of it.
