One Facebook user has apparently decided that Nengi’s age timeline deserves a full investigation. 

Rather than simply accepting the different ages attached to the reality star over the years, the user took it upon herself to line up dates, old posts and milestones — and attempted to make sense of what she sees as Nengi’s changing numbers.

At this point, the internet has turned celebrity birthdays into something of a forensic exercise.

Once a person's life becomes public, even ordinary details can become public evidence. Age, relationships, education, homes, friendships — the internet remembers.

And social media has created a new kind of celebrity audience: people who don't just consume the story.

They investigate it.

Whether the Facebook user's calculations prove anything is another matter entirely. For now, she has certainly given the timeline a thorough going-over.
