Man disgraced at a betting shop for placing a bet without paying (Video)

A Nigerian man was disgraced by a betting store after he put bets and refused to pay.
A video making rounds on social media was captured once the store owner tried to flog him a cane refusing to pay after betting.
The background voices will also hear blaming the young man because of going to the store to put even no money in his pocket.
