‘Black Panther’ Star Chadwick Boseman hospitalized in California

Actor Chadwick Boseman was rushed to a local hospital in Santa Monica on Friday.
In paparazzi photos obtained by BACKGRID.com, the Black Panther star was dropped off at the emergency room by his fiancée, Taylor Simone at Santa Monica Medical Center.
The 42-year-old actor appeared frail and weak — to weak to walk into the ER under his own power
Boseman, 43, was hospitalized weeks after fans expressed concern over his skeletal appearance. His drastic weight loss was explained away as weight loss for a movie role.

 

The news comes 2 days after comedian DL Hughley collapsed onstage during a comedy routine in Nashville, Tennessee.
Hughley, 57, took to social media to explain he was diagnosed with COVID-19 but he was asymptomatic. Hughley postponed his tour to quarantine at his home for 14 days.
