US-based Nollywood actress, Stella Damasus has encouraged her social media followers to start loving themselves, the way they expect someone else to love them.

The Radio personality said self love is important, as people celebrate the season  of love.


"It's the season of love and I have one question for you. Have you started to love yourself the way you expect someone else to love you? Self Love is important. Be kind to yourself. Love yourself," she tweeted.
