The dress according to TMZ, is strangely racy and puritanical at the same time. It covers almost her entire body, but it's super form-fitting, and she had another mask on.
Cardi showed up Thursday at husband, Offset's fashion show, rocking a mask that got some dollars out of her bank balance.
