"We never learn" Kate Henshaw shares video of Lagos residents scooping diesel after a tanker fell in Lagos

Lagos state residents were scooping diesel from a tanker that collapsed at Ozumba Mbadiwe  in Victoria Island axis on Friday morning.
 Actress Kate Henshaw shared a video of some residents of the state endangering their lives as they scooped the volatile commodity.
 She was appalled at how people still risk their lives after many cases of people been burnt to death.
