Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey announces plan to ban "all political advertising on Twitter globally"

Twitter will ban all political advertising on the platform globally, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has announced.

 

He made this statement on Twitter that every paid political ad will be stopped because they "believe political message reach should be earned not bought".

According to Jack Dorsey, paying for reach as regards politics "brings significant risks to politics, where it can be used to influence votes to affect the lives of millions.
