Waje has dished out some relationship advice to singles, especially the females, imploring them to get to know themselves better before getting married.
Promoting her new album and her Red Velvet Concert on LITV’s On Air show, the mother of one explained that she is not interested in her daughter, Emerald Iruobe getting married at the age of 20.
Aituaje Iruobe noted that Emerald can have a boyfriend but she isn’t keen on letting her get married now because she has to finish school first and get to know herself better. According to the Ondo State-born Edo indigene, 20 is too early for ladies to get married and most women at that age still haven’t discovered themselves.
Waje spoke about her music quit outburst earlier in the year and her career, disclosing that she’s starting her own merch. She stressed on her new song Udue, which features her daughter and Johnny Drille. As seen in the music video, Emerald is Johnny Drille’s love interest and this has stirred controversy as to what is going on between the lady and the male singer.
