Tania Omotayo was trying to open a bank account for her daughter, Sarai, but there was one problem: finding the time to actually get to the bank.
She shared that she had been putting off the trip because of her busy schedule — until she discovered Zenith Bank's Eazy Banking short code.
According to Tania, she dialled *966*0# and was able to open an account for Sarai within seconds.
For a mother juggling work, family and everything in between, maybe convenience isn't a luxury.
It's the thing that finally gets the task done.
Technology often gets talked about in terms of big innovations. But its real value can be much smaller and much more personal: removing the one annoying obstacle between you and something you already intended to do.
Tania wasn't looking for another banking experience.
She simply needed to get something done.
And she did — from her phone.
Have we reached a point where the best technology is the technology that quietly removes an errand from our lives?
