Leicester City Club have confirmed their squad numbers ahead of the new season.
The Foxes stars have been given their jersey numbers for the new season with a number of notable changes made to the squad.
Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho who was omitted from Nigeria’s 2019 African Cup of Nations squad to Egypt, gave up his number 8jersey for the club's record signing Youri Tielemans ahead of the new campaign.
He will now wear the No.14 shirt for Brendan Rodgers’ side for the 2019-20 season.
Leicester City disclosed this in a statement through the club’s official website on Thursday: ”Kelechi Iheanacho takes the No.14 shirt he has worn regularly for Nigeria, allowing summer signing Youri Tielemans to take No.8, a number he has worn regularly for Belgium.”
