Itumeleng Khune and Sphelele Makhunga are in love.
The Kaizer Chiefs player’s fans want to know every detail about their relationship, including whether they plan on getting married.
Itu and Sphelele’s relationship shocked many as, just a few months before they went public in April, he was professing his love for his now ex-girlfriend, Sbahle Mpisane.
Other than sharing a few pictures on Instagram, Itu has revealed little information about their relationship, but Sphelele is slowly sharing details about their romance.
During a Q&A session on Instagram, the model revealed some interesting titbits about when their relationship started, whether she and the soccer star had an affair while he was still dating Sbahle, and whether they are currently engaged
Sphelele once again denied that she was Itu’s side chick.
“Mina? Side chick ka Itu… ANEVA babes,” she replied to one question about the affair rumours.
The model also revealed how long she has been dating Itu.
“We once dated for a year, broke up, remained as friends and now it’s been 3/4 months since we got back together,” she wrote.
One bold fan asked Sphelele if Itu had popped the question.
“Are you engaged? Please say yes,” the follower wrote.
She replied: “Eish nah boo, not yet! But VERY SOON.”
Sphelele described Itu as her “best friend” on Instagram and she is clearly a woman in love
The feeling is mutual. Itumeleng recently shared a picture of his lady showing off some serious leg and captioned the image “appreciation”.
Will wedding bells be ringing in the near future? Sphelele seems to think so!
