Ozwald Boateng present his latest collection with a grand fashion show at the Apollo Theater, Harlem New York.


The show was in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Harlem Renaissance. Ozwald took the opportunity to launch his first womenswear collection.


He said he had chosen the Apollo, the ‘epicentre for African American culture’, because he was committed to building a bridge between Africa and the African diaspora.


Designer, Dapper Dan Harlem, "Power" actor, Omari Hardwick, models Adut Akech, Cindy Bruna, Maria Borges, Nikki and Lola Ogunnaike, and more were in attendance.




 Justin Skye, Jidenna and Diggy Simons part of the model lineup for the show.
