This Kenyan MP Mjagua is moving to have the minimum retirement age of public servants lowered from 60 years down to 50 years "so as to enable our youth of whom majority are below the age of 35yrs acquire employment whilst at the same time allow our senior citizens engage other entrepreneurial activities while they are still physically and mentally productive."
