Sonequa Martin-Green has reportedly in negotiations to join basketball icon LeBron James in what is now being referred to as Space Jam 2. Variety reports that sources reveal that the burgeoning beauty will play James’ wife in the yet-to-be titled sequel, which already has Random Acts of Flyness creator Terence Nance is directing.
Black Panther's Ryan Coogler is on board to produce alongside James and his partner Maverick Carter.
The follow-up has been in the rumor mill since 2015 when James signed a content creation deal with Warner Bros. Productions through his SpringHill Entertainment company.
