Arese Ugwu has being dropping hints on her new tv series and the casting.
She writes ;Guess who is playing Lara in the #smartmoneywomantvshow ? @iamtonitones Lara is an oil and gas executive who earns a lot of money but is living from paycheck to paycheck because she is cost burdened esp because she has to look after her mum and siblings. Toni is super talented and I'm excited to see the fierceness she brings to this character.
I love a collaborative process where everyone is bringing their skills and ideas on how to make a project better. At this meeting Toni had a book where she had production notes..things she loved on different sets that made the process more efficient! I can't tell you how much I loved this 😂 cc Fave spot @circa_nonpareil steady looking after me and my guests

I am so happy that Toni Tones Adefuye of King of Boys fame nab this role...
