A French billionaire has pledged 100 million euros to help rebuild Notre Dame Cathedral as a defiant President Macron launches a national fundraising campaign to restore the building to its former glory.
Francois-Henri Pinault, who is married to  Salma Hayek, pledged 100 million euros towards the rebuilding of the cathedral.

On Monday evening,the blaze destroyed the roof of the 850-year-old UNESCO world heritage landmark ,leaving many in tears and praying .
