Popular Music Mogul and Businessman, E-Money received the award at the 50th convocation ceremony, held at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) on Saturday.

The chairman of Five Star Music group, Emeka Okonkwo has received a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Management and Corporate Governance.

E-Money received the award at the 50th convocation ceremony, held at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) on Saturday.

He was accompanied by the incoming Deputy Governor of Lagos state, Dr Obafemi Hamzat and his brother, Limpopo crooner KCEE.

Celebrating the achievement, he wrote: ”To God be the glory! I have just received a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Management and Corporate Governance at an event held inside the University of Lagos.

"I'm joined here by the incoming Deputy Governor of Lagos, Dr Obafemi Hamzat whose father, Olatunji Hamzat (an influential politician) also bagged a Doctorate Degree.

"Congratulations to all Honourees!!!"

 

E-money's elder brother, Kcee who accompanied him to the event was one of the first to congratulate him. He took to his Instagram page to write, "Congratulations my blood Dr @iam_emoney1 on the conferment of a distinguished honorary doctor of science PhD in business management and corporate governance. Stay winning!"
