Breaking out of the box is the new normal!! This week, in collaboration with @laurebeaufils of the British Deputy high commission, I organized a panel on being a woman in Africa today. It was an awesome event with very engaging and passionate dialogue.
It was such a vibrant panel and we talked love, sex, marriage, career and politics. Some of the audience even went away learning about what the phrase ‘body count’ means! (Don’t @ me oo) I had so much fun moderating and learning from these amazing women.
Thank you @lolashoneyin @Bettyirabor @okemzuruoke @Yvonnekhamati @hadizabalausman.
The energy, wisdom & insights you gave was amazing! Thank you to my co-curator Ireti Oluwagbemi @hapygypsy of the British Deputy High Commission for her sterling work.

Betty Irabor captioned;I am not gifted with speaking from my head, but because I OWN my stories, I am comfortable with speaking from my heart. It's my story and i choose how to tell it.
When you have an inspiring audience that makes you feel like everything that comes out your mouth is gold, then you are good to go.
