OAP Dotun Expresses His Frustration After Been Forced By Nigerian Immigration To Change His Hair Color Before Passport Renewal

Cool FM OAP, Do2dtn, took to his Instagram expressed his frustration after he ran into trouble the Nigerian Immigration authorities over the color of his hair during his passport renewal process.


He wrote: This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever experienced. How the hell does the color of my hair have to do with me getting a passport! Who comes up with these rules.
