Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade are lining up trademarks for their 4-month-old daughter, Kaavia James Union Wade (aka Shady Baby). Wade will have his hands full after he retires from the NBA.
The Blast got a hold of documents filed by the "Being Mary Jane" star and the NBA baller. Trademark applications for "Kaavia James" and "Shady Baby" were filed by the Wades this month. They launched a loan out company named by their daughter. Gabby is CEO of Kaavia James, Inc, while Daddy Wade is CFO.
The site reported Baby Kaavia is set to launch an array of products, including clothing, haircare products and jewelry. Shady Baby will also venture into baby products as the stars reportedly want to use their daughter's name on diaper bags and baby bibs.
