TMZ is reporting tha TY Dolla has been charged with charges of crime of possession of cocaine and marijuana and from documents examined by the media house charges could lead to a prison sentence of up to 15 years.
The indictment includes two counts of crimes - possession of a substance controlled by Schedule 1 and possession of cocaine - and a misdemeanor charge for holding marijuana.
The rapper was arrested in September in Atlanta after officers searched his car, claiming they felt marijuana.
Skrillex and several others were also in the vehicle, but police pressed charges only against Ty.
