Maje Ayida's defamation lawsuit due to the accusation of Toka Makinwa went before a judge in Lagos today and is super explosive and messy. Ayida was suing Toke Makinwa over the allegations made in her book 'On Becoming' that he had infected her with sexually transmitted infections while they were married. At today's court session, Ohio lawyer, Nigeria's Senior Lawyer, was able to take Maje to admit having unprotected sexual intercourse with other women while still married to his client. Maya stated that all this happened when he and Toke had consequences during the various stages of their relationship.
In the book that became the best seller after being released, Toke accused Maje of adultery by infecting him with sexually transmitted diseases among other claims. Majesty in his court papers said the book brought him public jokes and that his reputation was attacked, injured, and injured.
