This week, the Department of State Services (DSS) announced that it had arrested Amina Mohammed or Justina Onuoha, who paraded herself as Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari.
Amina benefited from the fact that influential personalities are not taken through full protocols and security controls at Villa's mail. Amina was told that she had deceived a Dr. Alexander Okafor from over the N150m after inviting him to the presidential villa and making him believe that she was Aisha.
Meanwhile, Amina denied being an impostor as she insists she only arranges transactions with the Federal Government's real estate, with the help of senior government officials who had benefited from such. She noted that the first lady's sisters and other influential people know this. While Amina is accused of imitation and deception by the DSS, the Nigerians are angry with the fact that she is overtaking in front of the journalists before the court makes her statement. More worrying is the way these journalists are being treated. A video shows Amina, who soon covered her face in first journalists. While other journalists were looking for her to reveal her face, a female journalist is seen strongly trying to remove her clothes from her face as Amina insists on her face covered.

“You will not do that to me,” she says as she tries hard to cover her face. “I am a citizen of this country. I am not an armed robber,” she is heard sobbing as she was mobbed by journalists and hounded under a table while pleading that she be left alone.
