Britain Loses Teen Swimming Champion To Fire

A teenager who died in a house blaze with her boyfriend was a champion British swimmer who competed in the Commonwealth Youth Games.

Talented Tazmin Pugh, 18, was found dead in the property in Cotheridge, Worcestershire, after it became engulfed in flames on Sunday night.

Her 21-year-old partner, Josh Kirk, was also discovered at the scene. Tazmin, who has been named by friends, was a popular England and GB swimmer who scooped a bronze medal at the 2015 Games in Apia, Samoa.
