Top Nigerian actors tried their hands on music career. Successful or not, these screen sirens realized its was not lucrative and came back to acting . Still, we celebrate them for entertaining us and giving a career in music a shot.

1. Genevieve Nnaji
Lionheart actress, Genevieve Nnaji isreleased No More which is supposed to a girl power feminist anthem.
2. Omotola Jalade Ekehinde
Omotola ventured into music in 2005 with Gba. She has released a number of singles including Feel Alright, Things You Do To Me, and Dance which were singles from her 2010 debut album Me, Myself, and Eyes.
3. Jim Iyke
Jim Iyke released Born To Do This featuring Puffy T and Who am I his surprising collaborative track with 2face Idibia, in 2009.
4. Tonto Dikeh
Nollywoood bad gal, Tonto Dikeh released Hi, It’s Over, Carriage, Crazically Fit and Sugar Rush.
She even signed to DBanj’s DB Records shortly after launching her music career.
