Married Teacher Who Performed Oral Sex On A 14-Year Old WONT BE JAILED, Her Licence Not Revoked

A teacher who pleads guilty to conducting oral sex with a 14-year-old boy avoids prison and does not forbid from the classroom. Dori Myers, 29, had contact with the boy several times and in different places but could not retract her teaching license.  Instead, social studies teachers, married to Matt Myers, a deputy sheriff in his own state of New York, must register as a sex hazard.  He also gives him 10 years of probation.  Myers brought her call to the Manhattan Supreme Court.

 Her lawyer Andrew Stoll told the court: "There is a possibility that she could teach adults now or in the future and we want to preserve that possibility.

"She still is a talented teacher and has those skills, and I don’t see any reason to destroy her ability to make a living and to contribute to society in a positive way."

Police launched an investigation after the teenager told a classmate, who told a school administrator.

A co-worker also claimed to have seen her massaging the alleged victim.
