Selena was all smiles as was pictured enjoying a boat trip in New York with some pals and her assistant Theresa Marie Mingus.
A source also told Us Weekly Selena Gomez has moved on and she “doesn’t care” about her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber‘s engagement to Hailey Baldwin,
“Selena doesn’t care. She’s over Justin and the last time they broke up allowed her to get over him fully,” the insider said.
