Mel doesn't name any names in her social media post, but there have been previous rumours that she was dating a Beverly Hills police officer and then she was linked to her BFF hairdresser, Gary Madatyan.
America's Got Talent judge divorced Stephen in December after 10 years of marriage.
They are still embroiled in a legal battle concerning the custody of their child, Madison, and Mel’s other two daughters, Phoenix and Angel.
