Former NBA star Lamar Odom says he’s ready to discuss on why his marriage to ex-wife Khloe Kardashian failed. Odom, who was married to the reality star from 2009 to 2016, signed a deal in February for a ‘juicy’ tell-all. Speaking with UsWeekly Tuesday: ‘I really wanted to release this book to give you all a chance to get to know Lamar Odom and my real story, directly from me.’  ‘I hope to (be) an inspiration to many that you can overcome adversity and challenge no matter where you fall from.’ Lamar and Khloe got married in 2009 after a month of dating then filed for a divorce 4 years later.
