Creative Village Carved Out Road in Side Of A Mountain In China in a bid to linkup their village to the rest of the world

A 1.5 km road was carved on a rock in the remote village of Shenlongwan, in Changzhi City, north of China. The road is carved on a mountain to create part of the access and link the remote village to town   Construction of the road began in 1985 and completed in the year 2000, 15 years later. The whole road was built by villagers and is now a tourist attraction and has the ninth wonders of the world
