Norwood is a veteran talent manager, entrepreneur, television producer, and author of "Change Starts with ME!" Norwood will provide his industry expertise at The Los Angeles Film School and its students as a novice artist management professor at the business entertainment department. Hercourse examines the path of music manager's career. This position is a pivotal role within the industry as an artist guide guide / talent throughout their career.
