Russell Simmons claims that a woman accusing him of sexual assault sent him affectionate texts and even nudes after the alleged rape and that his trial is nothing more than a CASH GRAB.
Simmons says in new legal documents, he and Jennifer Jarosik have had an occasional relationship for over a decade and have sometimes had sex, but it was still consensual. He claims that Jarosik frequently sent him affectionate messages and unsolicited nude photos, including a few weeks after the alleged rape in 2016 and long after another sexual assault in 2011 which he claims to have publicly accused him of.
According to Simmons' lawyer, in court documents, it is only a "shakedown" and "only after hearing that women were able to recover money for real abuse by sexual predators ". money "from him.
He also claims that Jarosik was found by a court to have a "propensity to exaggerate" and suffer from "untreated mental health problems".
Simmons calls his claims complete fiction. Jarosik however claims Simmons propositioned her for sex at his home in 2016, and when she refused, he became aggressive, assaulted her and proceeded to rape her. She is suing him for millions.
