Brad Parscale, the digital media director of U.S. President Donald Trump‘s 2016 campaign, has been chosen to lead his reelection campaign for 2020, CNN reports.
The announcement was made Tuesday, and the Trump family has described Parscale as pivotal of their success in 2016. Eric Trump, one of the sons of the US president, said that Parscale was an "incredible talent" and was "essential to our success in 2016". "He has the full trust of our family and is the ideal person to lead the campaign," he continued. Jared Kushner, the husband of Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, also praised Parscale as "essential to bringing a disciplined approach to technology and data to the 2016 campaign."
