Police arrest 31-year old who raped a 9-year old in bayelsa

The Bayelsa Police Command arrested a 31-year-old man for defiling a 9-year-old elementary school student. According to some reports, the man who has been detained since yesterday can be released because the girl's family has no one to see that the man is being properly treated. Kathlyn Eyitemi, who shared the photo of the rapist on Facebook, revealed that the girl also needed medical attention because of the brutal stain inflicted on her young body.
She wrote;

We need to battle this madness!!!.

Reports reaching me now:

Just Yesterday. This 31 year old man who is currently in police custody raped this nine year old child.
This man might likely be let off the hook because the police there is no one to push the case for the poor family of the victim.

What’s even worse is that the child is physically damaged and needs urgent medical attention because of the brutal nature of the rape.
Should we continue to keep silent and allow evil to thrive????
