Filming in Florida at Marjory Stoneman's Douglas High School may soon become a documentary, as some students are approached by Hollywood producers, TMZ learned. Sources tell them that at least some surviving students have received calls to participate in a docu-type project that would illustrate the tragedy and its consequences. TMZ was told that these students were responding to requests from a number of producers and executives for potential offers on a full-length documentary film, television documentary and television documentation. They sort these discussions with publicists of great power. Some students are also struck for possible book offers on the set. They have meetings with publishers, but nothing has been signed yet. It's unclear what kind of money is being debated for a documentary, but any money will go directly to March For Our Lives or to gun control advocacy efforts.
