Eddie Murphy ‘not interested’ in seeing daughter he had with Mel B

Hollywood star Eddie Murphy is allegedly uninterested in looking at his 10-year-old son Angel, his son in America's Star Talent, Mel B, a Los Angeles court said on Wednesday. Spice Girl's former wife Stephen Belafonte - who helped Angel's rise to her 10-year marriage to Mel - was trying to convince a judge to give her a step-parent visit to the child, which, she says , 'I was called a father since he started talking.' Mel, 42 has been extremely opposed to her efforts, refused to let her daughter know her. But Belafonte's lawyer Grace Jamra said she was trying to reach the father of 9, Murphy, the father of Angel's father, to discuss the request of Belafonte's parents who would not benefit.

Jamra said she was told by his lawyers that Murphy is simply ‘not interested.’

‘Mr Murphy has had no contact with the child,’ she told the court.
