The cocaine capital of the United Kingdom is Bristol, according to a new shock report by the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction. The report indicates that 754.7 mg of stimulant per day are consumed per 1000 inhabitants of the city each day.
Bristol ranks first for use of cocaine in the UK, over cities like London and Manchester, and is fifth for use in Europe last year, reports the Bristol Post.
The EU city that used the most cocaine was Barcelona with a daily consumption of 965.2 mg of drugs per 1000 inhabitants, followed by Zurich, Antwerp, St. Gallen and Geneva.
How did they know that? The researchers tested the wastewater, such as wastewater, for the drug residency to collect their results.
