A judge recommended that President Donald Trump dumb rather than block some of his critics to follow him on Twitter to resolve a First Amendment lawsuit. US District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald suggested that the settlement would be the preferred outcome after hearing lawyers argue over whether it is constitutional for Trump to block some supporters.
