Victims in Mark Salling's child pornography case may sue his estate after he committed suicide

According to TMZ, under Salling's plea deal, Salling agreed to pay the victims $50k each in restitution.
However, in order to implement the settlement, Salling must be first sentenced.   Court documents shifted at the time Salling approached his bid request, reads: "It is said that I was guilty because I was guilty of charges and would like to take advantage of the promises stated in this agreement, and not for any other reason. " ??????? The judgment of Salling is scheduled for March but due to his sudden death, the plea deal remains incomplete, leaving the judge without the power to order payment to the victims.  ???????  Meanwhile, there is an alternative for victims because they can forbid Salling's property for damages to attempt to collect money.  ???????  The actor suicide by Monday's execution has recently been guilty of having child pornography. Having a settlement agreement with the prosecutors, Salling must be sentenced on March 7. Salling was reportedly facing between four and seven years in prison, as well as having to register as a crime offender.
