A 32-year-old man identified as Ifeanyi Akpor in Asaba, Delta State, is currently ill in one of the private clinics after being beaten to death and forced to drink water used by a group of prostitutes.
The incident took place Sunday night at the popular Cable Point Joint Asaba, where hundreds of sex workers make their living.
According to an eyewitness, the victim, who was rescued by security guards, goes to the brothel where he claims to have sex with any prominent sex worker, and most cases do not pay.
But it was not to be like the fateful Sunday turned out to be the worst time of his life after he tried not to pay the lady (unpublished name), a mother of two children failed. It was expected that the victim would go to the sex worker for a series of sexual intercourse and receive a score of N3,000, which he forced and paid.
It was learned that the first-round deal would have ended in the blink of an eye, but the victim has pleaded for additional turns, and a N6,000 bill has been given. While his relationship with the woman lasted, the prostitute became uncomfortable with his action, especially his alleged refusal to ejaculate, pushing him to the ground.
Sources said the victim would have struggled to get his way, but encountered a brick wall. He got angry and promised not to pay the N6,000.
The eyewitness stated that the prostitute had engaged the man in a fight that had drawn his "colleagues" to the scene where the victim had been forced to drink water.
Police officers at the “A” Division who did not want their names in the print, confirmed that the matter was being investigated, adding that the suspect and her cohorts were quizzed before granted bail.
Speaking to our reporter from his sick bed, the victim who claimed to be a trader at the popular Ogbeogonogo market in Asaba, said: “The suspect breached our agreement, when I insisted I must complete sex, they all beat me up and forced me to drink water used in washing their private parts.Since then, I took ill and began to have running stomach”.
